This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and a lift. The staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. I recommend trying the in-room breakfast! I’m coming back for a business trip.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere with easy access to

the canal and nearby restaurants. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but the bathroom felt slightly dated. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered great local tips. Overall, a lovely spot to unwind after sightseeing.

Sewer smell issues in the corridors and rooms!!! Poor air conditioning that hardly cooled during warm nights!!! An aging facility showing significant wear definitely needs renovations!!! Limited parking options nearby can be quite inconvenient for travelers!!!

I had a lovely 5-night stay in a Suite. The room was well cleaned every day, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. They even left a welcome bottle of Prosecco, which was a nice touch! Plus, the option to leave our baggage at the hotel for free on our last day was very helpful.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy at times.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was delightful with a lovely buffet, and the room was clean and traditionally decorated. Just a couple of small pillows would have made it perfect.

The proximity to major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing easy access without overwhelming crowds nearby. However, the small fridge was less efficient than expected, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have added comfort to the stay. The breakfast options were decent but lacked variety, particularly fresh produce.

what a disaster this was. the reception staff seemed like they were just clocking in to serve us, while my room was infested with bar noise til dawn! and, shocking! no kettle for tea, and breakfast had NO vegetables. I almost thought I would write a good review, but just couldn’t. maybe I'll try it again next year.
